Inspiration

Since very young, I have always been attracted to images related with the world of  dreams.

I used to create collages but the 3D element was always missing. This is why I was motivated to start making Pop Ups, and decided to take some courses in the UK to improve them.

I like the emotion that Pop Ups evoke when looking at them: I always get to see a surprised face and a beautiful smile (which I believe occurs because it takes us back to memories of our childhood).

Living in Paris for 20 years and working the last 10 for one of the best US retailers was the perfect setting.

Fashion, films and exhibitions, looking for up-and-coming designers and attending fashion shows have always been a great source of inspiration.
The designers’ sketches, their beautiful and delicate clothes and accessories, their invitation cards, even the locations and decorations where they presented, have been a continuous source of inputs for my creativity.

My career gives me the opportunity to travel around the world: NY, Rio de Janeiro, Paris, Madrid, Italy...... Every city I have visited is a world of inspiring, and new, fresh ideas.
